Shipping Policy

Due to the custom nature of your artwork, it takes a bit of time to customize and build your order from the moment you place it. Please keep in mind that each type of product has a different production time before shipping, and make sure you allow enough time to get it delivered.

Delivery

Free Delivery in Spain

Delivery times take 1-4 days but may vary depending on the destination. We ship with the post office and once your design is sent to the post office, it is the responsibility of the post office from that point on.

Bodenos Design is not responsible for any customs fees that may be applied to your package for delivery to your country.

All packages are shipped with a tracking number and shipped with the post office.

Bodenos Design is not responsible for incorrect addresses, post office returns, or lost packages.

Important to note:

Updates, changes, and revisions made to your illustration may delay shipping time.

Shipping in Spain takes 1-4 days but may vary depending on location and time of year. We are NOT responsible for any delays in shipping.

If we are given the incorrect address or if you are not home to receive your package this could result in the package being shipped back to Bodenos Design. If this occurs, we are not held responsible and it may result in repurchasing shipping in order for Bodenos Design to resend your package.

It takes approximately 7 to 10 working days for the production of a personalized illustration.
